Writing a cheat path in the ini file causes melonDS to not save cheats on exit.

Removed cheat path from ini.

c1c6de2efd Add isFpInstalled 
Update all the flatpak scripts
to use isFpInstalled "$EMUNAME_emuPath"
after installing the flatpak with --user, remove --system

will allow for easier rollbacks when needed ( no sudo required)
