708e1c58cd cli: improve hint message when suggesting --ignore-immutable
There have been a number of users confused about why
their commits are immutable, or what to do about it, ex.
[https://github.com/jj-vcs/jj/discussions/5659].

Separately, I feel that the cli is too quick to suggest
`--ignore-immutable`, without context of the consequences. A new user
could see that the command is failing, see a helpful hint to make it not
fail, apply it and move on. This has wildly different consequences, from
`jj squash --into someone_elses_branch@origin` rewriting a single commit,
to `jj edit 'root()+'` rewriting your entire history.

This commit changes the immutable hint by doing the following:

* Adds a short description of what immutable commits are used for, and a
  link to the relevant docs, to the hint message.
* Shows the number of immutable commits that would be rewritten if
  the operation had succeeded.
* Removes the suggestion to use `--ignore-immutable`.

a17ed203ab fix: invoke tools from the workspace root
Previously, tools invoked by `jj fix` did not have their
`.current_dir()` set, and would just run from whatever directory the
user was in.

Now, the tools will always be invoked from the same directory that
`jj root` gives.

As a motivating example, consider a configuration path that's always at
the workspace root:

```toml
[fix.tools.something]
# previous:
command = ["cmd", "--config", "$root/tool.toml"]
#                              ^^^^^^ not possible
# now:
command = ["cmd", "--config", "./tool.toml"]
#                              ^^ now, just use a relative path
```

a54165230a tests: add CommandOutputString wrapper
I'm going to add "[EOF]" marker to test that command output is terminated by
newline char. This patch ensures that callers who expect a raw output string
would never be affected by any normalization passes.

Some common normalization functions are extracted as CommandOutputString
methods.

dd73b5ab7d bookmarks: First step to make target revision a required argument to bookmark create/move/set.
With this change a warning is shown if the user does not explicitly specify the target revision, but the behavior is unchanged (it still defaults to the working copy).
In the future the warning will be turned into an error. In other words, it will be required to specify target revision.

The bulk of the changes here are to prepare tests for the upcoming change, to make the transition easier.

5dbc4ae619 actions: fix codespell CI failure
It is having a fit for some reason, see e.g.

Not sure what changed, but here is a quick fix.

A likely cause is
https://github.com/codespell-project/codespell/releases/tag/v2.4.0 .
It'd be cool to fix the version of codespell the action uses, but I
couldn't find a way to do it quickly.

be5eb27f16 fix: Add enabled config for fix tools
Adds an optional `fix.tools.TOOL.enabled` config that disables use of a fix
tool (if omitted, the tool is enabled). This is useful for defining tools in
the user's configuration without enabling them for all repositories:

```toml
# ~/.jjconfig.toml
[fix.tools.rustfmt]
enabled = false
command = ["rustfmt", "--emit", "stdout"]
patterns = ["glob:'**/*.rs'"]
```

Then to enable it in a repository:

```shell
$ jj config set --repo fix.tools.rustfmt.enabled true
```

e2be4fa1ac config: migrate underlying data structure to toml_edit
This patch does not change the handling of inline tables yet. Both inline and
non-inline tables are merged as before. OTOH, .set_value() is strict about table
types because it should refuse to overwrite a table whereas an inline table
should be overwritten as a value. This matches "jj config set"/"unset"
semantics. rules_from_config() in formatter.rs uses .as_inline_table(), which is
valid because toml_edit::Value type never contains non-inline table.

Since toml_edit::Value doesn't implement PartialEq, stacking tests now use
insta::assert_snapshot!().

51675a2c14 cli: include commit summary when attempting to modify an immutable commit
Previously, attempting to modify an immutable commit only showed the
ID of the commit being modified, which wasn't very helpful when trying
to figure out which immutable commit is being modified at a quick
glance.

This commit prints the commit summary as a hint to make it simpler for
the user to see what the immutable commit is without having to run
`jj show <commit-id>`.

d9c68e08b1 everything: Rename branches to bookmarks
Jujutsu's branches do not behave like Git branches, which is a major
hurdle for people adopting it from Git. They rather behave like
Mercurial's (hg) bookmarks.

We've had multiple discussions about it in the last ~1.5 years about this rename in the Discord,
where multiple people agreed that this _false_ familiarity does not help anyone. Initially we were
reluctant to do it but overtime, more and more users agreed that `bookmark` was a better for name
the current mechanism. This may be hard break for current `jj branch` users, but it will immensly
help Jujutsu's future, by defining it as our first own term. The `[experimental-moving-branches]`
config option is currently left alone, to force not another large config update for
users, since the last time this happened was when `jj log -T show` was removed, which immediately
resulted in breaking users and introduced soft deprecations.

This name change will also make it easier to introduce Topics (#3402) as _topological branches_
with a easier model.

This was mostly done via LSP, ripgrep and sed and a whole bunch of manual changes either from
me being lazy or thankfully pointed out by reviewers.

bf543402cc cli: fix: add --include-unchanged-files flag to allow fixing as yet unchanged files
This enables workflows like "insert a commit that reformats the code in one of
my project directories".

`jj fix --include-unchanged-files` is an easy way to fix everything in the repo.

`jj fix --include-unchanged-files <file...>` fixes all of the `<files>` even if they are
unchanged.

This is mostly orthogonal to other features, so not many tests are added.

This is a significant and simple enough improvement that I think it's
appropriate to make it here instead of waiting for a `jj run`-based solution.

89f5d16dc0 cli jj fix: add ability to configure multiple tools for different filesets
The high level changes include:
 - Reworking `fix_file_ids()` to loop over multiple candidate tools per file,
   piping file content between them. Only the final file content is written to
   the store, and content is no longer read for changed files that don't match
   any of the configured patterns.
 - New struct `ToolsConfig` to represent the parsed/validated configuration.
 - New function `get_tools_config()` to create a `ToolsConfig` from a `Config`.
 - New tests; the only old behavior that has changed is that we don't require
   `fix.tool-command` if `fix.tools` defines one or more tools. The general
   approach to validating the config is to fail early if anything is weird.

1eebbe57c0 commit_builder: reset author timestamp on discardable commits
It's common to create empty working-copy commits while using jj, and
currently the author timestamp for a commit is only set when it is first
created. If you create an empty commit, then don't work on a repo for a
few days, and then start working on a new feature without abandoning the
working-copy commit, the author timestamp will remain as the time the
commit was created rather than being updated to the time that work began
or finished.

This commit changes the behavior so that discardable commits (empty
commits with no description) by the current user have their author
timestamps reset when they are rewritten, meaning that the author
timestamp will become finalized whenever a commit is given a description
or becomes non-empty.

e6c2108d4d cli: rename jj file print (formerly jj cat) to jj file show
We now have two `cmd_show` in the repo. I think this one should become
`cmd_file_show`, but this should be done uniformly over all the commands
for consistency.

I did *not* keep `print` as an alias (I couldn't find a compelling
reason to do it), but let me know if anyone feels like keeping it.

986630b270 cli fix: change default from -s @ to -s 'reachable(@, mutable())'
Most of the value of `jj fix` over a shell script is in formatting commits
other than `@`. `@::` often doesn't contain those other commits, so `-s @` is a
bad default.

We could get the same effect from `-s 'mutable() & ::@'`, but `reachable()` is
a bit more explicit and simple to read.

We could also base this on excluding `trunk()`, but that just seems like an
indirection for `mutable()` that might ignore the user's intent if they have
configured part of trunk to be mutable.
