Support pattern matching null literals (#10829) ...

# Description
Support pattern matching against the `null` literal.  Fixes #10799 

### Before
```nushell
> match null { null => "success", _ => "failure" }
failure
```

### After
```nushell
> match null { null => "success", _ => "failure" }
success
```
